What to expect

As the Product Owner for MRO Intelligence (MROI), you will own the product execution end-to-end—from functionality definition based on roadmap to customer adoption and value realization. You are simultaneously execution owner and customer champion.

You will work closely with Engineering, Data, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure that MROI is built with the right capabilities and delivers measurable impact once deployed. This includes defining features, managing the backlog, supporting implementations, driving adoption, and continuously feeding market insights back into the product.

In addition, you will play a key role in shaping and governing the universal data model that powers not just MROI, but the broader product ecosystem.

What you will do

• Act as Product Owner for MRO Intelligence (MROI), owning and prioritizing the product backlog, defining requirements and user stories, and maximizing business value delivered through each release.

• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from requirements definition and prioritization through delivery, release, and continuous improvement.

• Partner with Engineering and Data teams to deliver high-quality AI and data-driven solutions that create measurable customer value.

• Drive customer adoption, engagement, and value realization by monitoring product performance and incorporating user feedback into product enhancements.

• Act as the voice of the customer, working closely with customers, Sales, and Customer Success teams to identify opportunities, solve problems, and improve outcomes.

• Own the evolution of the product's data model and platform capabilities, ensuring scalability, consistency, and longterm portfolio growth.

What we expect from you

• Proven experience as a Product Owner for data, analytics, or AI-driven products

• Strong understanding of data models, pipelines, and data-driven systems

• Experience in industrial distribution, manufacturing, or supply chain domains

• Exposure to AI/ML-powered products or data enrichment systems

• Familiarity with catalog data, deduplication, or enrichment workflows

• Experience in customer-facing roles (implementation, consulting, or pre-sales support)

• Experience owning end-to-end product lifecycle (discovery → delivery → adoption)

• Ability to work cross-functionally with Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and prioritization skills

• Excellent communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts into clear narratives
