What to expect

As a Business Analyst focused on delivery and solutions, you are the crucial bridge between our clients' business stakeholders and our technical implementation teams. You will work closely with Project Managers and Product Managers to translate client-specific requirements into highly detailed, actionable specifications. You are involved from the very beginning—conducting gap analyses, supporting the Project Manager in managing scope during the proposal phase, and ensuring our engineers have a flawless blueprint for delivery. Your ultimate goal is ensuring the successful, tailored implementation of our technology.

What you will do

• Interact directly with clients to elicit and comprehensively understand their business needs, capturing edge cases and unwritten "tribal knowledge."

• Conduct gap analysis and feasibility studies for proposed project solutions to ensure both technical viability and alignment with the client's physical reality.

• Support the Project Manager in actively managing project scope and identifying potential risks during the proposal and discovery phases to protect delivery timelines.

• Prepare and deliver tailored presentations to effectively guide client decisions. You will be responsible for translating complex technical results (like forecasting outputs or optimization metrics) into clear business value for customer-facing teams.

• Draft user stories, acceptance criteria, and implementation requirements. Act as the daily liaison between technical delivery teams and business stakeholders to ensure nothing is lost in translation during the build.

What we expect from you

• 10+ years as a Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, or Technical Consultant, ideally with a focus on project delivery, implementation, or professional services in B2B SaaS, ERP, Supply Chain, or Industrial environments.

• Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills. You must be comfortable guiding client decisions and pushing back on vague or out-of-scope requests.

• Strong ability to break down highly complex, ambiguous physical processes into logical, step-bystep technical requirements.

• You must possess the aptitude to grasp advanced technical concepts—such as AIdriven data cleansing, predictive forecasting, and mathematical optimization—and distill those mechanics into plain, actionable language for non-technical business stakeholders.

• You have a sharp instinct for how to visually represent complex Data Science concepts. You know exactly which charts, graphs, or visual structures will make probabilistic forecasts or optimization outputs instantly digestible for a business audience.

• Comfortable writing basic SQL queries to investigate data anomalies and understand the data structures supporting the business processes.

• Must know how to use BPMN to map out complex, real-world workflows (e.g., procurement approvals, warehouse receiving) and translate them into standard operating models.

• Nice to haves: Background in IT consulting with experience in proposal

  writing or project scoping; Background in MRO, manufacturing, inventory management, or heavy ERP systems (SAP, Oracle); An understanding of how APIs work and the basic concepts of system architecture to better communicate with backend engineers; Proficiency in data wrangling using Python (e.g., Pandas) to rapidly analyze data independently, accelerating the discovery process.
