Junior Project Manager

What to expect
As a Junior Project Manager, you will work closely with the Project Managers and technical teams to ensure the smooth execution of our project deliverables. You are the operational backbone of the delivery process. Your primary focus is ensuring that schedules are respected, resources are coordinated, and communication flows seamlessly between internal engineering teams and external clients. You will manage daily cadences, track action items, and support the overall governance of the project to keep the delivery moving forward.
What you will do
Project Coordination: Support the Project Manager in overseeing projects from the initial planning phase through to final delivery.
Meeting Facilitation: Run daily internal syncs (stand-ups) with technical teams and facilitate regular status meetings with customers.
Resource Management: Assist in coordinating and managing project resources, ensuring team members know their priorities and have what they need to execute their tasks.
Tracking & Reporting: Maintain project documentation, track milestones, and update project management tools to provide clear visibility into project health and task progress.
Client Communication: Draft status reports, manage follow-ups, and ensure client stakeholders are kept informed of progress and minor blockers.
What we expect from you
1–2 years of practical experience in Project Management or project coordination.
Tooling: Experience with Office 365
Fluent in English (written and spoken) is mandatory for managing communications and meetings.
Strong operational skills, extreme attention to detail, and the ability to track multiple moving parts simultaneously.
Clear, pragmatic communication skills for running meetings and summarizing actionable next steps.
Must be available to start in July.
Prior experience working on IT, software development, or technology-related projects is a strong plus.
