What to expect
The Backend Developer will operate within a business unit specializing in managed services and Cloud-based solutions. The role is part of a division focused on delivering innovative solutions for multi-utility organizations. The position involves designing and developing modern applications aimed at improving digitalization and operational efficiency in essential services.

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain applications using .NET Framework and .NET;

• Design, develop, and execute Unit Tests to ensure code quality;

• Support the implementation and optimization of data management solutions;

• Optimize and enhance existing applications;

• Develop reusable code and shared libraries;

• Contribute to infrastructure and DevOps-related activities;

• Collaborate with Project Managers, Architects, and team members to ensure successful project delivery.

What we expect from you

• Diploma or degree in Computer Science or related technical fields;

• Experience with .NET Framework 4.6+ and/or .NET Core (version 6 or later) using C#;

• Experience with Web development technologies (ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET WebApi);

• Experience with Infrastructure and/or Cloud environments, preferably Microsoft Azure;

• Knowledge of relational databases, T-SQL, and Entity Framework (or similar ORM frameworks);

• Familiarity with code versioning tools (GitHub, Mercurial, or equivalents);

• Understanding of main design patterns;

• Ability to work with a results-oriented approach and meet project objectives.

• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with DevOps practices, Knowledge of Python, Docker and Kubernetes.

• Strong problem-solving abilities; Proactive approach; Ability to mentor junior team members; Flexibility and motivation in handling assigned tasks.
